The other day, a local mental health welfare society association held a report meeting for Kumamoto support.
Each PSW from Group 1 to Group 4 reported, and I participated as a reporter for Group 3.
In preparation for preparation, I traced memories and records, and I was surprised that the progress and impressions were quite different even during the weekly dispatch of the other teams on the day.
The moderator said, "This meeting will also be a debriefing of the reporter."
In fact, the report of all the teams was compiled the next day, and the moment when we closed the file after feeding back to the multi-disciplinary type of “Team 3” that we went together, I realized that I was able to feel relieved for the first time. It was.
How are the supporters working in the afflicted areas in eastern Japan, especially the professionals with little change, keeping their motivation to the next,
I think that the real “support for supporters” is profound.
